Delete your account in the app
- Open Mira.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap "Delete account".
- Confirm deletion.
This immediately deletes your Mira sign-in account, your beauty profile, look history, and saved looks stored locally on your device, and the server-side usage records tied to your account ID. There is no waiting period and no need to contact support.
If you can't access the app
If you're unable to sign in and use the in-app option, email support@trymira.beauty from the email address linked to your Mira account with the subject "Delete my Mira account", and we'll delete it manually.
What may be retained
Some records may be retained briefly when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, billing, or dispute resolution. We delete or de-identify data beyond that where reasonably possible.
